   Welcome to Teddy Styles Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Teddy Styles Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms, our product offerings, or our pricing at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Customization and Variations
   Our products allow for mixing and matching of a curated selection of clothing and accessories. Because each bear and outfit is assembled by hand, natural variations will occur. As acknowledged prior to purchase, phone and computer screens display colours differently, fabric may drape differently than our digital previsualization, and the exact placement of patterned designs will vary based on how the fabric is cut. These minor variations are normal and mean your custom teddy bear is one-of-a-kind.
3. Safety & Age Requirements
   All Teddy Styles bears and apparel hold a Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) certificate. While our base bears and most apparel items are safe for all ages, certain limited-edition clothing and accessories (marked with a “3+” icon in our shop) contain small parts. These specific items pose a potential choking hazard and are strictly not suitable for babies or toddlers under 3 years old. By purchasing from Teddy Styles Inc., you expressly acknowledge this restriction and accept full responsibility for ensuring any products marked “3+” are given to a child of the appropriate age.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
   When utilizing our 10-character custom text printing option, you agree not to submit any text that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Teddy Styles Inc. utilizes licensed vectors for predesigned icons and retains all rights to the designs, branding, and imagery on this website.
5. Payments and Pricing
   All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We currently offer guest checkout but reserve the right to introduce user accounts in the future. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, but you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of your checkout.
6. Shipping
   Orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing and assembly before they are handed over to our shipping carriers (Canada Post or DHL). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
7. Return and Refund Policy (Final Sale)
   Due to the custom nature of our products and strict hygiene standards for children’s toys, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Ontario consumer protection laws.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
